Includes feeding, complimentary play time, cuddling, stick throwing etc., bringing the bins in/out, bringing in mail. Anything else with regard to the care of your pets and home. One hour visit includes all of the above plus 30 minute of backyard playtime or 30 minute walk for one dog |
Casual Doggy Day Care With A Difference – Full Day
Your dogs day will be filled with fun filled activities and lots of TLC. We provide casual doggy day care only and cannot guarantee regular weekly bookings. We do not take dogs sight unseen, for the safety of our dog/s and your dog/s a mandatory play date at our home is compulsory before booking can be confirmed. |
Dog Walking
Dogs require daily exercise and mental stimulation and we understand that this is not always possible due to our clients busy schedules, and regular dog walks are a great option to avoid bored and unhappy dogs. If we are unable to walk your dog due to extreme weather conditions a credit for another day will be applied. |

We do not take dogs sight unseen, for the safety of our dog/s and your dog/s a mandatory play date at our home is compulsory before booking can be confirmed. Drop off and pick up times: Mon - Sat (Anytime between 8.00am - 5.00pm) Sunday (Before 9.00am or after 5.00pm) Drop off and pick up times should be adhered to where possible as per original agreement at time of booking (late pick up fees apply) |

Keeping In Contact
We email, text and post on Facebook and Instagram photos of your pets while you are away so that you always know they are in good hands. We have a closed group specifically for our clients where you can see photos and updates of your pets. If you prefer we do not post photos of your pet on Social Media please advise us.
Our standard daily care visit includes
Collection of mail, removal of junk mail and papers, bins to and from the kerb, lights on and off, cleaning of food & water bowls and fresh water daily, treats, animal waste removal, 10-15 mins playtime plus lots of TLC!
We will also give medications if required (extra cost may be incurred), water plants, & bring in deliveries that may come while you are away.
Conditions for dogs staying at ours or a carers home
A 1-2 hour play date is organised before your booking is confirmed to ensure your dog is social and also to meet our dog Tilly or our carers pets. There may be times when a trial overnight stay is advised and this will be charged at the normal overnight rate. We provide you with paperwork which must be completed, signed and returned at Play date along with copy of current Vaccination Certificate proving your dog has FULL vaccination (ie. C5 vaccination which includes vaccine against Kennel Cough). This ensures that all dogs at our home remain safe and healthy.
Your dog must be wormed, washed, nails clipped and flea'd with tick prevention and if you want to bring you dog's own bed, please ensure it's clean and fresh as it will be inside our home. Any favourite toys can also be brought along bearing in mind these toys will be come communal.
Extra Fees

$20.00 surcharge for public holidays.
Easter bookings incur a $10.00 public holiday surcharge for each gazetted holiday.
Meet & Greet - complimentary however $10 travel fee maybe charge depending on distance travels. This amount will be added to your booking invoice.
$40.00 to $45.00 extra for 2 visits per day depending on location.
Prices quoted for daily care visits are for up to 2 pets, extra pets incur a higher fee.
Cancellation of booking with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Travel Fee - A "one off" travel fee may be applied to in home bookings of $15.00 to $45.00 depending on the distance a carer is required to travel.

$15-00-$20.00 - 2 - 3 hours
$40.00 - $50.00 3 or more hours (one dog)
$60.00 - (2 dogs)
Payments
You will receive an invoice for a 20% (non-refundable) deposit which is required to be paid on or after meet and greet for any booking of 5 days or more during pick holiday times (School holidays, Easter, Christmas). Bookings will not be confirmed until deposit has been received. Balance of account to be finalised 2 weeks prior to you going away. We accept payment by Direct Deposit. We do not accept cash payments.
All accounts are to be paid in full prior to commencement of booking, no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit (or 20% of total booking fee) is non-refundable if you change your mind and cancel your booking with us, or in the event of an early return from your holiday for whatever reason and this includes COVID. We may have turned other pets away because your pet was booked in during this time. If 7 days notice or more is given then a credit (less 20% of total booking fee) will be issued in lieu of refund.
