Lovely Julie took care of my cats for 2 1/2 weeks while I was away. One of my boys has feline asthma and requires daily inhaler medication so my separation anxiety about going away was through the roof. That was until I met the lovely Julie through pawz pet sitting. Julie took time out of her day to come and meet my cats before our departure date and took the time to familiarise herself with the medication. She spoke to my pets like they were her own and went above and beyond what was expected. Julie is a wonderful person and this really shines through in her work. I received constant updates and I was relaxed throughout the whole trip. I just knew my boys were getting lots of love and attention. Highly recommend this service and Julie in particular!

After paying for expensive night stays with no updates on my three dogs when I was away. I was so happy to find Ali to pet sit our dogs. Ali is great with communication and shared photos of our pets while away. She is always punctual to her overnight stays and I always feel so good after I come home from being away, as my dogs are so calm after having Ali stay over. Ali took the time to get to know our dogs, always puts their well-being first and relieves any anxiety about leaving our pets. I have a kelpie and 2 greyhounds, one being very old. My dogs love Ali and look forward to her arrival when we go away.

I cannot recommend Pawz Pet Sitting enough. Theresa is a god send, she found us an amazing carer at extremely short notice so we could attend a funeral interstate. She made the process easy and stress-free. Our carer Chris has been fantastic! She looked after our two dogs (one with epilepsy) perfectly, and she even went above and beyond by not only washing the sheets but changing the bed as she knew I would be getting home very late with a toddler. Having someone as trustworthy as Chris, and previously with Fiona as well, looking after our furbabies in our own home all night brings such peace of mind especially when dealing with such an emotional situation. Knowing I didn't have to worry about anything back home was extremely comforting. We have used Pawz Pet Sitting and Homecareing a few times over the years and every time has been a very positive and relaxing experience. This was our first time using a pet sitting service and we were very happy with the care. Elena cared for our 2 cats whilst we were away. We loved getting the photos and videos. Whilst some cats like to be left alone ours (especially our boy) are real people magnets who love sitting next to or on laps and getting pats and scratches. I knew they would be cared for physically but I was worried about whether they would be ok emotionally. Getting videos of my cats happily relaxing on Elena’s lap was so reassuring and lovely to see and our cats are happy and healthy on our return. I would happily use this service again.

We recently had Ali, one of Teresa's carers looking after our two cats Tabby and Pearl whilst we were away and she did an absolutely fantastic job! We had been apprehensive about going away in the past as our 2 cats are very timid rescues and have had some behavioural issues when we moved house. As soon as Ali arrived however the cats instantly warmed to her gentle, caring nature and actually came out from under the bed for a pat! (Something that's unheard of for strangers!) She really went above and beyond to not only ensure our cats were well looked after but also stuck to their routine so they felt as settled as possible. She left the place clean and did a thorough job with all the extras like disinfecting litter trays and administering medicines etc. would highly recommend Ali to any pet lover that wants someone to take care of their pets as they would their own.

We have 2 small very scared and antisocial dogs that do not like strangers and have never stayed in care. One is a Chihuahua (say no more) and the other is a cavalier cross. When our parents were suddenly unable to come and look after them we were caught out. I thank the Universe for finding Teresa and Pawz. She went out of her way to accommodate us and found the perfect house sitter. Fiona had her work cut out for her but she won them over in no time. An absolute lifesaver as far as I am concerned. I was worried my 12 year old lab with medical problems having needing 4 tablets a day and have a nervous 18 month old new cavoodle. I didn't want my family or neighbours to have the hassle of looking after my dogs while away on a much needed family holiday . I took the plunge and booked the dogs with Jessica one of the Pawz carers at Berkley Vale for 4 nights. My dogs have never stayed over night for more than 1 night before. My sister recommended them. I called Teresa and she was very helpful and talked me through the whole process. Very professional and made sure my dogs where up to date with all injections and tablets ect. I even had my 12 year old lab get a booster shoot for C5 before they stayed with other dogs which I thought was fantastic the measures they go to ensure your dogs are safe with other dogs while in care. Jessica was fantastic and looked after my dogs so well that I don't think they wanted to come home. I am so happy to leave them with Teresa for two weeks at end of year. 5 stars.

We can not recommend Pawz Pet Sitting enough! In the last week my husband and I welcomed our new baby daughter and required a very last minute pet sitter for our puppy Marley. We had already contacted Teresa in preparation for the birth but when my waters broke earlier than planned we were stuck. My husband called Teresa and with less than an hours notice she happily took our puppy for us, no questions asked! The relief we had with knowing our fur baby was taken care of was immense!You always know your pet is going to be taken care of by a wonderful person in a loving home! We got regular updates and the cost for the service is great! Our puppy came home so happy and exhausted which is always a good sign so we knew she enjoyed it! Anyone on the Central Coast looking for a pet sitter, do not look any further, your pet will love it!!

I recently had one of the Pawz Carers provide overnight care at my house for my dogs and she was fantastic. I initially phoned Teresa and explained our circumstances, and Teresa then provided the options available and what may be the best care for my dogs. Teresa was great to deal with and soon put my mind at rest, even though I was quite anxious about leaving my dogs. Once I met the carer - and how my dogs interacted with her, I knew everything would be fine and that my dogs were in great hands. The regular texts & updates I received put my mind at rest and left a smile on my face - to know my dogs were safe and in good hands meant I could rest easily while being away from them. I cannot recommend Pawz Pet Sitting highly enough and would gladly use them again.

I would highly recommend Teresa and her carer Kylee to anyone who is looking for their animals to either be walked or looked after when you are away holidays. My two large dogs are walked once a week by Teresa but if she is unable then Kylee walks them and both ladies great with my dogs and my dogs enjoy and love their walks. Teresa went above and beyond for us in caring for our cat while we were overseas recently. We were worried about leaving our cat at the cattery due to various diseases she might pick up there and also felt she would feel less stressed at home in her familiar environment. Teresa made me feel confident in the first meeting and even did the extra task of brushing our cat's teeth with no extra cost. Teresa provided regular updates on how our cat was doing while we were away. Our cat was happy to see us when we got back and healthy. We even got a parting gift (dangly toy) when we got back. I used Pawz Pet Sitting and Homecare services when they were recommended to me by my dog washer when I mentioned I was looking for someone after cancelling a booking with another pet sitter. Teresa from Pawz went over and above what I expected by coming out quite a few times for complimentary visits so my babies could get used to her, always on time and she stayed for as long as needed and I felt... comfortable with her straight away. My babies are rescue dogs with a history of abuse and don't trust easily but I couldn't believe how well they took to her. While I was away I received daily updates and pictures through Facebook which put my mind at ease and when we came home from our trip my babies were happy and healthy and Teresa even left a goodie pack for each of them. I will definitely be using Pawz Pet Sitting again and I can highly recommend Teresa to care for your pets.

Lovely Julie took care of my cats for 2 1/2 weeks while I was away. One of my boys has feline asthma and requires daily inhaler medication so my separation anxiety about going away was through the roof. That was until I met the lovely Julie through pawz pet sitting. Julie took time out of her day to come and meet my cats before our departure date and took the time to familiarise herself with the medication. She spoke to my pets like they were her own and went above and beyond what was expected. Julie is a wonderful person and this really shines through in her work. Ali is great with communication and shared photos of our pets while away. She is always punctual to her overnight stays and I always feel so good after I come home from being away, as my dogs are so calm after having Ali stay over. She looked after our two dogs (one with epilepsy) perfectly, and she even went above and beyond by not only washing the sheets but changing the bed as she knew I would be getting home very late with a toddler. Having someone as trustworthy as Chris, and previously with Fiona as well, looking after our furbabies in our own home all night brings such peace of mind especially when dealing with such an emotional situation. This was our first time using a pet sitting service and we were very happy with the care. Elena cared for our 2 cats whilst we were away. We loved getting the photos and videos. Whilst some cats like to be left alone ours (especially our boy) are real people magnets who love sitting next to or on laps and getting pats and scratches. I knew they would be cared for physically but I was worried about whether they would be ok emotionally. Getting videos of my cats happily relaxing on Elena’s lap was so reassuring and lovely to see and our cats are happy and healthy on our return. I would happily use this service again.

We recently had Ali, one of Teresa's carers looking after our two cats Tabby and Pearl whilst we were away and she did an absolutely fantastic job! We had been apprehensive about going away in the past as our 2 cats are very timid rescues and have had some behavioural issues when we moved house. As soon as Ali arrived however the cats instantly warmed to her gentle, caring nature and actually came out from under the bed for a pat! (Something that's unheard of for strangers!) She really went above and beyond to not only ensure our cats were well looked after but also stuck to their routine so they felt as settled as possible. She left the place clean and did a thorough job with all the extras like disinfecting litter trays and administering medicines etc. would highly recommend Ali to any pet lover that wants someone to take care of their pets as they would their own.

I was worried my 12 year old lab with medical problems having needing 4 tablets a day and have a nervous 18 month old new cavoodle. I didn't want my family or neighbours to have the hassle of looking after my dogs while away on a much needed family holiday . I took the plunge and booked the dogs with Jessica one of the Pawz carers at Berkley Vale for 4 nights. My dogs have never stayed over night for more than 1 night before. My sister recommended them. I called Teresa and she was very helpful and talked me through the whole process. Very professional and made sure my dogs where up to date with all injections and tablets ect. I even had my 12 year old lab get a booster shoot for C5 before they stayed with other dogs which I thought was fantastic the measures they go to ensure your dogs are safe with other dogs while in care. Jessica was fantastic and looked after my dogs so well that I don't think they wanted to come home. I am so happy to leave them with Teresa for two weeks at end of year. 5 stars.

The relief we had with knowing our fur baby was taken care of was immense!You always know your pet is going to be taken care of by a wonderful person in a loving home! I recently had one of the Pawz Carers provide overnight care at my house for my dogs and she was fantastic. I initially phoned Teresa and explained our circumstances, and Teresa then provided the options available and what may be the best care for my dogs. Teresa was great to deal with and soon put my mind at rest, even though I was quite anxious about leaving my dogs. Once I met the carer - and how my dogs interacted with her, I knew everything would be fine and that my dogs were in great hands. The regular texts & updates I received put my mind at rest and left a smile on my face - to know my dogs were safe and in good hands meant I could rest easily while being away from them. We returned to find our dogs to be very happy and well fed. There was also a thankyou letter and a couple of xmas tree biscuits for joe and daisy . I would recommend Teresa and her company to anyone. It was clear from the first meeting with Teresa that she has a very caring nature and a special way with animals. Throughout his 2 week stay she provided me with regular updates and photos which was so great to receive while we were away. Teresa recently looked after our Barney while we went away . On arrival it was comforting to see a tidy well fenced of y...ard for him to stay. Whilst away I received photos of barney being part of the family in the lounge room of a night. It was so lovely to see he also was having a good time . The ladies came to our place and made sure that all our girls were well looked after. They were even kind enough to email while we were gone, to let us know that all was okay. Kim did a fantastic job at looking after our three cats, Max Lily and Tessa whilst we were on holiday abroad for four weeks. She also looked after our gold fish and even took a sample of the water to Petbarn when she thought the water was getting too green and she bought a product to help clear the problem! when we came back from our holiday, our cats were content, calm and happy to see us. When Kim came to give us our key back, the cats greeted her like an old friend so we know that Kim spent time with them and gave them many cuddles! Thanks again Kim!

Five stars and big bouquet to Teresa of Pawz for providing a home away from home for Roxy and Georgie. Its great comfort to have peace of mind when I leave my two fur-girls, to know they will be loved and completely happy in a caring environment, especially Roxy who is an ex-kennel mum dog and is very insecure with the human race. Whenever I pick them up, while they are happy to see me, I also know they are going to miss Teresa's care and that of her friendly and very sociable dog Peter. Though I live a little further away now, I continue to leave my girls in Teresa's care.

Teresa owner/operator of Pawz has cared for my two girls (Cavoodles) Ruby 4yr & Molly 2yr on two separate occasions now - a week each time. Teresa has a natural affinity with animals and loves each one in her care as if they were her own. Whenever I have visited Pawz Pet Sitting and Homecare the animals are lovingly cared for and are spoken to as they would be at home. You can see how comfortable they feel with Teresa and the facilities in which they are housed. I have used a boutique dog kennel in the past, and while I was not un-happy with the care my fur-babies received, after having the experience of Pawz caring for my girls, I would not entrust them to anyone else. Teresa complies with the feeding requirements of your animal, exercise requirements, and the all important cuddle requirements! A big thank you to Paws pet sitting for taking such wonderful car of our Maxie boy! Before we had decided to use their services, we were very worried and concerned about putting him in a kennel! Being a miniature Poodle he can be very nervous and frightened out of his normal environment. And we knew he needed to be with people that understood and genuinely cared about him beyond just feeding him. We were so relieved when Teresa came around for a meet and greet visit. She was very interested in Max and took the time to get to know him. On our rerun home he seemed his usual happy go lucky self and what a bonus to come home to no dead plants or smelly bins! I used Pawz Pet Sitting and Homecare services when they were recommended to me by my dog washer when I mentioned I was looking for someone after cancelling a booking with another pet sitter. Teresa from Pawz went over and above what I expected by coming out quite a few times for complimentary visits so my babies could get used to her, always on time and she stayed for as long as needed and I felt... comfortable with her straight away. My babies are rescue dogs with a history of abuse and don't trust easily but I couldn't believe how well they took to her. While I was away I received daily updates and pictures through Facebook which put my mind at ease and when we came home from our trip my babies were happy and healthy and Teresa even left a goodie pack for each of them. I will definitely be using Pawz Pet Sitting again and I can highly recommend Teresa to care for your pets.
